Stoke Resorts Cancellation Policy
At Stoke Resorts, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Timeframe for Cancellation:

More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 10% service charge.

15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.
2. COVID-19 Related Cancellations:

In the event of a government-mandated lockdown or travel restriction due to COVID-19, guests will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay without any additional charges.
3. No-Show Policy:

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered no-shows and charged the full booking amount.
4. Modifications:

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

To modify your reservation, please contact our booking team at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
5. Group Bookings:

Different terms may apply for group bookings, and these will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
