CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Stoke Resorts Cancellation Policy

At Stoke Resorts, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Timeframe for Cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 10% service charge.

  • 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

 

2. COVID-19 Related Cancellations:

  • In the event of a government-mandated lockdown or travel restriction due to COVID-19, guests will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay without any additional charges.

 

3. No-Show Policy:

  • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered no-shows and charged the full booking amount.

 

4. Modifications:

  • Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • To modify your reservation, please contact our booking team at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

 

5. Group Bookings:

  • Different terms may apply for group bookings, and these will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

6. Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
