What is the cancellation policy?More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 10% service charge. 5-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount. Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund. COVID-19 related cancellations due to government-mandated lockdowns or travel restrictions are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.
