By booking and staying at Stoke Resorts, you agree to the following house rules. These guidelines are in place to protect the property, ensure safety, and maintain a peaceful experience for all guests.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for a $100 fee, subject to availability.

Gatherings & Events

• Small gatherings and celebrations are permitted, but must be disclosed and approved in advance.

• Guests must inform us of the type of event, number of attendees, and any setup plans.

• No large parties or disruptive events.

• No glitter, confetti, or similar materials anywhere on the property.

• No tape, adhesives, command strips, nails, or decorations may be attached to windows, walls, doors, furniture, or fixtures.

• Decorations must be freestanding and fully removable without damage or residue.

• Music must remain at a reasonable volume, and quiet hours must be respected.

Noise & Conduct

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Please be respectful of other guests, staff, wildlife, and the surrounding environment.

• Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets

• Pets are permitted, but must be disclosed and approved at the time of booking.

• Undisclosed pets are not allowed.

• Pets must be supervised at all times and leashed or securely enclosed when outdoors.

• Pets may not be left unattended in cabins, unless secured in an appropriate kennel with climate control operating.

• Pets are not allowed on indoor furniture — no exceptions.

• Guests are responsible for all damage or additional cleaning caused by pets. Extra charges may apply.

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping inside cabins.

• Please dispose of cigarettes properly in designated outdoor areas only.

ATVs & Motorized Vehicles

• ATVs and other motorized recreational vehicles may not be used, unloaded, driven, or operated anywhere on Stoke Resorts property.

• This policy exists to protect guest safety and preserve a peaceful environment.

• Trailers are welcome. Guests may transport ATVs to nearby public trail systems.

• Many guests load up, drive to trailheads, and return to the cabin afterward.

Fire Safety

• Bonfires are permitted only in designated fire pit areas.

• Fires must never be left unattended.

• Fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.

Property Use & Safety

• Guests use the property at their own risk and should explore only within their abilities.

• Please stay within designated areas and trails.

​

Cleaning, Damages & Fees

• The cabin must be left in reasonable condition.

• Excessive cleaning - including but not limited to glitter cleanup, stains, spills, strong odors, excessive mess, or improper garbage disposal—will result in additional cleaning fees.

• Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or missing items, and charges may be applied accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a 10% service fee. Cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.
