PET POLICY
 

Pets are permitted at Stoke Resorts, however all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved prior to arrival. 

By bringing a pet, guests agree to the following:

Owner Responsibilities

  • Pet owners are fully responsible for any harm, damage, or additional cleaning required during or after their stay.

  • Pets must be under their owner’s supervision at all times and leashed or securely enclosed when outdoors.

  • Pets may not be left unattended inside cabins, unless secured in an appropriate kennel with climate control operating.

  • Pets are not allowed on indoor furniture at any time - no exceptions.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

To ensure a high-quality experience for all guests, the following pet-related charges may apply:

  • Up to $50 per incident for pet droppings or urine stains requiring cleanup

  • Up to $100 for pet hair found on furniture requiring additional cleaning

  • Up to $100 for excessive drool, paw prints, or marks on windows, furniture, or interior surfaces

  • Up to $1,000 for damages to the property caused by pets

  • Failure to disclose pets or comply with this policy may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.
