STOKE SAUNA RULES

***For Registered Guests Only

Welcome to the Stoke Sauna Area - a quiet, purpose-built retreat designed for deep heat, contrast, and recovery after a day of mountain adventure.

Our saunas are intentionally set apart in their own peaceful zone. Getting there is part of the experience...think of it as a small winter mission that rewards you with serious heat and relaxation.

Please review the guidelines below to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

ACCESS & BOOKING

  • Sauna access is exclusive to registered Stoke Resorts guests.

  • Each stay includes one complimentary 90-minute shared sauna session per day, subject to availability.

  • Cabin Sauna A is reserved for Luxury Cabin guests.

  • Sauna sessions include buffer time between bookings to allow for heating and guest transitions.

BEFORE YOU GO (IMPORTANT)

  • There is no change room at the sauna area.

  • Guests change in their cabin or pod before walking to the sauna.

  • Expect a short outdoor walk to and from the sauna - especially in winter conditions.

  • We recommend arriving dressed in:

    • Proper swimwear

    • A towel (required)

    • Crocs or sandals (ideal for heat and snow)

  • Housecoats may be worn to the sauna but are not recommended inside due to heavy perspiration.

HEATING & START-UP INSTRUCTIONS

  • The sauna must be turned on by the guest.

  • Typical heat-up time:

    • 45 minutes in mild conditions

    • Up to 60 minutes in cold winter temperatures

  • Upon arrival:

    • Press POWER

    • Set temperature to ~77°C (170°F) unless otherwise preferred

    • Adjust the timer to cover your full planned session time

  • If the timer expires, the sauna will cool quickly - ensure your timer runs long enough to cover your use.

  • Keep voices low and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Wipe down seating and remove all personal items before leaving.

  • Do not leave the sauna unattended while it is running.
